He has a multidisciplinary background combining cloud computing, software engineering and cybersecurity with Law studies at Universidad Diego Portales.
His practice combines regulatory compliance with a highly technical approach, advising public and private organizations on cybersecurity, data protection, and the development and implementation of artificial intelligence solutions for legal practice. He also actively takes part in research and in technology and public policy projects.

María José Díaz

Lawyer, graduated from Universidad de Concepción, where she earned her Bachelor of Legal and Social Sciences with Highest Distinction. Internationally certified Data Protection Practitioner (CDPP). She holds a Diploma in Corporate Labor Law from Universidad de los Andes.
Her practice focuses on privacy compliance, cybersecurity and labor law, strategically advising companies on regulatory compliance and technology adoption, integrating innovation with the prevention and resolution of complex legal contingencies.

Valentina Andulce
CPO of Zósima
Lawyer, graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso. In 2025 she received the award for Best Graduate in Legal Sciences of her class, in recognition of her outstanding academic performance.
Her practice focuses on civil property matters, as well as civil, labor and debt collection litigation, advising individuals and companies on the prevention and resolution of legal disputes.
